In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is hereby given that Donald Smith Company, Inc., 746 E. Main St., Headland, AL 36345, has completed the contract for construction of a Test Well at 7590 Highway 22 for The North Dallas County Water Authority, Valley Grande, AL 36703, and has made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify the Engineer, in writing, at Frasier-Ousley Construction and Engineering, Inc., 1105 Singleton Dr., (PO Box 330) Selma, AL 36702, prior to the last date of publication which is February 20, 2020.
