Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Samuel C. Weber and Belinda H. Weber, husband and wife, originally in favor of BAHS Bank of America, FSB, on the 4th day of December, 1996, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Dallas County, Alabama, in Volume 1134, Page 83; the undersigned Wilmington Savings Fund Society dba Christiana Trust, not individually, but solely as Trustee for NYMT Loan Trust I, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Selma, Dallas County, Alabama, on June 10, 2020, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Dallas County, Alabama, to-wit:

NOTICE is hereby given that a bill substantially as follows will be introduced in the next session of the Legislature of Alabama and application for its passage and enactment will be made:

A BILL

TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

Relating to Dallas County; to ratify and confirm prior payments of compensation made in good faith to judges of probate of Dallas County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:

Section 1. This act shall apply only in Dallas County.

Section 2. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, any payment of compensation made in good faith to a judge of probate of Dallas County prior to the effective date of this act is hereby ratified and confirmed, and that judge of probate is authorized to retain any funds received as part of that payment.

Section 3. This act shall become effective immediately following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
