The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will host a free Lending Overview workshop at the Selma-Dallas Public Library on May 30 and 31. 

The workshop will be lead by Roderick D. Perkins, Lead Lender Relations and Economic Development Specialist at SBA. 

Topics will include: 

  • 7a and 504 Loan Program Overview 
  • Community Advantage Loan - Loan for Underserved Markets/Entities
  • What Lenders Look For

The May 30 session will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and the May 31 session will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Vaughan Room of the library at 1103 Selma Avenue.
