Dallas County reported 1,233 confirmed COVID-19 cases as of late Thursday night and a death toll of 23.
Cases have risen 174 in the last 14 days in Dallas County, according to the Alabama Department of Public Health Infectious Diseases & Outbreaks Division.

There are currently 83,400 confirmed cases in Alabama, and 1,516 deaths related to the virus. More than 677,000 tests were conducted as of July 30, according to the Alabama Department of Public Health.
